My real estate career started by obtaining a sales license in 1968 while still attending "Sac State". My first office was downtown Sacramento in residential real estate. From there I went to a Carmichael office and ultimately to El Dorado Hills and Cameron Park.

Over the years, I have worked for clients in investing, commercial, industrial, land, property development, building "spec" housing, exchanging, mortgages, and residential real estate.

My wife, Diane, and I owned our own real estate company from 1977 to 1999. We sold ERA Realty Center(70 agents and two offices)in 1999 and returned to sales.
